Steady, thoughtful, and encouraging, he's in his element helping others experience the outdoors through movement.

Josien brings over a decade of experience in endurance sports, from Ironman and ultra cycling to trail and ultra running. She found endurance later in life and understands what it means to balance training with work and motherhood. Calm, grounded, and supportive, she loves guiding people through new environments and helping them build confidence on the trails.

This escape is perfect for confident beginners to intermediate runners. The trail run is approximately 2 hours at a relaxed pace, suitable for active travelers and those wanting to try trail running.
What should I bring?
We'll send a detailed packing list upon booking. Essentials include trail running shoes or comfortable running shoes, comfortable activewear, water bottle, and layers for changing weather.
Is food included?
